Reflecting on 2021 and heading into 2022 stronger!

With a new year comes a lot of reflection into ourselves and that is no different when it comes to our businesses.

I am blessed to have had this business for the last two years (this July). What a blessing to have something that works around my life as a wife and mom. This was not the option with working in education, which I still miss from time to time.

I look back on 2021 and there were MANY challenges but wow what growth happened. I was able to welcome our little girl into our family. She is truly the sweetest soul and we love her so much.

I watched my little boy face some major struggles with an oral surgery that he handled so well. He is so smart and funny. He loves with all he has and teaches me so much daily.

I was able to stand beside my husband as we purchased our first (of hopefully many) businesses. We now own an Escape Room in our area and we LOVE IT. Small business owners were always a dream of ours. What challenges and wonderful joy that business opportunity has brought us.

I myself watched my role as mom double and what a challenge that was but OH what a blessing. I have been navigating new waters with my business as to how to manage that time as a working mom who runs her business out of her home. I added some amazing clients this year as well as worked with so many along the way. This business is truly opening doors that I can only attribute to God's hand at work around me.

So reflecting is IMPORTANT to see what worked, what completely failed, what needs adjusting, and what you want to continue. There are many things I am taking into 2022 as a chance to grow, evolve and provide better for myself, my family, and my business.

This year I am choosing to FOCUS on what matters in the moments of this crazy life we live.

What do you think about as you look back at 2021? What worked, what didn't and what will you do differently?

What does 2022 look like for you personally or even in your business?

Share with me and let's celebrate the ups and downs of life together.
